Building and decoration of stands,
loading goods before the show opens: from 8 to 16
o'clock on 1. and 2. October 2008. (Wednesday and Thursday).
During the building, cars and trucks can drive onto the
showgrounds with a deposit of 20.000 HUF (100 Euros), and are
allowed to stay for a period of 2 hours. Vehicles should leave
the showgrounds after that, and parked in the parking lot
appointed for the commerce. After 2 hours of stay, the deposit
is not paid back.
During the building, only cars and trucks not heavier than 3,5
tons are allowed to enter the halls.
Loading goods on show days: goods can be loaded
by cars or trucks after the show closes between 19 and 20
o'clock, with a deposit of 20.000 HUF (100 Euros). No goods
can be loaded in the morning and while the show is open.
Demolition of stands: Between 20 and 24 o'clock
on 5. October 2008. (Sunday) and between 6 and 16 o'clock on
6. October (Monday).
